The RTHP052-3 provides 51.3kW summer heating capacity and 37.5kW winter heating capacity with a COP of 5.5. It features a single compressor with a rated load of 17 amps and requires a 32A circuit breaker. Operating with a 3.5L/s flow rate and 40mm water connections, the unit weighs 240kg and measures 1800 × 800 × 1315 mm.
